Introducing Our New Pet-Friendly Policy
Whether they have two legs or four, guests at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego can expect an exceptional level of service. Introduce yourself to our new Pampered Paws Program, and show your pooch or kitty true VIP (very important pet) treatment. At a cost of just $30 per day, your pet will enjoy a dog bowl and treats, or a cat scooper and treats delivered through room service. The program also includes a welcome letter, pet-friendly menu, and delivery of squeak toys. For added convenience, our concierge will be on-hand to provide information on nearby walking routes, pet shops, groomers, vets, dog beaches, and more. Show your pet where the good times are, and enjoy benefits that include:
- Welcome letter and special door hanger
- Pet-friendly room service menu
- Dog bowl or cat scooper, plus treats, delivered through room service
- Concierge assistance in finding nearby pet services
- 'Daily Rover' newspaper squeak toy
Conditions:
- Dog or cat may not exceed 50 lbs.
- Maximum one pet per room
- Pet must be licensed and wear ID tags at all times in the hotel
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, lounges, pools, health club and spa. They are, however, permitted to dine on the patios of those outlets.
- Pet is to be caged or on a leash at all times when in public areas
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
- Guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Excessive damages will be billed to the guest
